Since the pandemic mostly all therapists moved to an online counselling system. I have found that online sessions work as well as in-person therapy. However, I appreciate that clients value the personal contact in person sessions offer. Now that we are returning to work I am combining my existing online work with face to face sessions. I welcome the return to in-person work with clients while still being able to offer online sessions.
